Charlie has enjoyed dabbling in various forms of fine art throughout his younger years having displayed a natural ability for creating impactful and emotional visual renderings on canvas.  He gained important structure training and guidance in his youth, creating a solid foundation from which to expand upon as he gained storied life experience with maturation.

In 2013, he began painting in earnest-- creating mixed media pieces for himself, family and friends who had great appreciation for his work. This dedicated, artistic outpouring unexpectedly proved to be a therapeutic outlet for his bipolar disorder. Soon, much to his surprise, he caught the eye of collectors who began purchasing hie

As an artist, Charlie has worked to channels his moods and the inner workings of his mind onto canvas—freely using dramatic shapes, colors, unique materials and subjects. His preference for specializing in abstracts and the impressionistic milieu has shown has helped to have his work shown in multiple galleries and exhibitions up and down the West Coast.
